Do I need prior experience to drive the ATVs or use the kayaks?
No, previous experience is not required.
For Kayaks: Our kayaks are very stable and easy to maneuver. Before you head out, you will receive a brief orientation on paddling and safety.
For ATVs (Four Wheelers): The vehicles are automatic and easy to drive. Our team will provide a safety briefing and basic driving instructions before starting the route to ensure you feel comfortable behind the wheel.
Is transportation from my hotel included?
Ground transportation is not included in the base price of the tours, as many of our visitors arrive in their own vehicles (we have secure parking available). However, we offer pickup service from hotels in Punta Cana, Bávaro, Bayahibe, and surrounding areas for an additional cost. Please contact us when booking to coordinate your transfer.
What happens if it rains on the day of my reservation?
We are in the tropics! Passing showers are common and usually do not stop the fun.
For ATVs: Rain means more mud, which makes the experience even more fun!
For Kayaks and Boats: If weather conditions pose a risk (such as lightning storms or strong winds), we will reschedule your tour or issue a full refund according to our cancellation policy. Your safety is our priority.
What should I wear and bring?
For the ATV tour: You are going to get dirty. We recommend wearing old clothes that you don’t mind getting muddy, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, and a bandana to cover your face from dust.
For River Activities (Kayak/Boat): Swimsuit, hat, biodegradable sunscreen, and a towel.
Important: Bring cash for tips or small expenses, and a dry change of clothes for after the activities.
Are children allowed on the tours?
On Kayaks and Boats: Children are welcome when accompanied by a responsible adult. We have life jackets available in all sizes.
On ATVs: Children can ride as passengers starting at age 6. To drive the vehicle, the minimum age requirement is 16 years old with parental consent.
